The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Prosecution" (re Procedure of Dismissal of Prosecutor General of Ukraine)"

The Bill (Reg. No.3113) coordinates the Law "On Prosecution" with the Constitution of Ukraine. It states that "the Prosecutor General of Ukraine is appointed and dismissed by the President of Ukraine with the consent of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine".
