Arseniy Yatseniuk, The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has signed the Order "On Extraordinary Session of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Sixth Convocation"
Due to the Order, according with the part two, article 83, point 31 part one of the article 85 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law "On the Area of the Emergency Ecological State", article 11 of the Temporary Standing Orders of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, extraordinary session is convoked on the 10th of July 2008.
During the extraordinary session the bill on the law on approval of the President´s of Ukraine Order from 28th of July "On Announcing separate parts of Vinnica, Ivano-frankivs'k, Lviv, Ternopil´ and Tchernivci Regions as Areas of the Emergency Ecological State" and the bill on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for the Year 2008 and on amendments to some Legislative Acts of Ukraine" are supposed to be scrutinized.
The whole text of the Order of The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding the extraordinary session of the Parliament will be published in the newspaper "Golos Ukrainy".
