The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to Article 41 of the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine" (re Appointment of Forensic Inquiry)

The Bill (Reg. No.1088) secures quality, unprejudiced holding of forensic inquiry, attracting persons who comply with the requirements of the Law "On Forensic Inquiry" as experts.

The Bill eliminates defects in the Economic Procedural Code, as it fails to set requirements to the persons attracted by court as experts for holding of forensic inquiry.
