The Bill (Reg. No.1080) introduces amendments to Article 17 of the said Code, pursuant to which, an administrative court is authorized to resolve disputes between the authority bodies concerning not only conclusion and implementation of administrative agreements, but also alteration and denunciation of the said agreements.
The Committee upholds the amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Proceedings. However, adoption of the Bill in a current version will fail to enhance legislative regulation of administrative proceedings.
