Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.2568), measure of cement primary products in the basic payment standards for extraction of mineral resources is changed from a ton to a cubic meter.
According to the Committee members, "the State budget revenue from the payments for the use of mineral resources by extraction of cement primary products will considerably reduce in case the Bill is adopted".
The People´s Deputies underscored that "the Bill bears direct influence on the State budget revenue, and fails to present financial and economic argumentation, as it is envisaged by Article 86 of the Provisional Standing Orders of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine".
A relevant resolution was forwarded to the Committee on Budget.
