Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, believes that positive voting for non-confidence to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will be a politically irresponsible decision.

On Friday, A.Yatseniuk delivered a speech before the voting for responsibility of the Government.  The Chairman stated: "An extremely responsible decision is to be adopted. This decision is to be carried out by the Ukrainian Parliament. Therefore, in case the People´s Deputies of Ukraine endorse the resolution of non-confidence, the Ukrainian Parliament will assume full responsibility for executive power".

Moreover, "under the said conditions, in compliance with Article 90 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Government is to be formed within 60 days. In case the Government fails to be formed within 60 days, the President of Ukraine is authorized to dissolve the Parliament". "The point is that we assume full responsibility for the situation in the country by the said voting", - stated Arseniy Yatseniuk.

Furthermore, A.Yatseniuk commented on the non-existence of either coalition, or a new personnel of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine underscored that "the responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers is an exclusively political matter". "The said political issue is not liable to re-voting. The Standing Orders envisages re-voting only in case the procedure is violated", - stated Arseniy Yatseniuk.
