The Committee members deem necessary to increase the expenditures due to the priority programs of the Ministry of Ukraine for Family, Youth and Sports by 152,0 million UAH. Inter alia, the People´s Deputies recommend that the Government envisages a new budget program "Reconstruction of Ukrainian Children Centre "Moloda Gvardia" with expenditures at the rate of 12,0 million UAH.
The Committee also calls for increase of expenditures from the general budget fund by the article "Issue of a Long-Term State Loan to the Young Families and Single Young Citizens for Construction (Reconstruction) and Purchase of Housing on Preferential Terms" by 50,0 million UAH.
The Committee members call for extra allocations in the amount of 60,0 million UAH due to the budget program "Establishment and Development of Material and Technical Basis of the Sports of High Achievements" for implementation of the State Target Social Program "Ukrainian Hockey".
The Committee calls for increase of expenditures due to the budget program "Expenditures for Equipment of Sports and Football Grounds" by 20,0 million UAH.
The Committee also recommends that the Bill envisages a new subvention from the State budget to the local budgets for completion of equipment of establishments that render social services to the children and youth founded in 2007.
