Arseniy Yatseniuk, The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declares about the implementation of his Constitutional duty regarding the convocation of out-of-turn session and his civic duty concerning scrutiny of the issue about allocation of funds for the victims of freshet.
"Despite the fact, that session hall of The Verkhovna Rada is on technical repairing and video transmission systems are on preventive repairing I will do everything possible for conducting the session after corresponding proposals "On out-of-turn session " being supplied", - Arseniy Yatseniuk stressed.
