O.Bilorus highly appreciated relations between the two countries, and expressed his hopes that "such meetings will promote development of stable bilateral relations between the nations".
The Parties discussed cooperation between Ukraine, Turkey and the EU, and dwelled upon the prospects of accession of both countries to the European Union.
The Parties dwelled upon enhancement of goods turnover and investment cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Turkey. They also commented upon comprehensive development in the fields of economy and tourism.
The Parties discussed the issues concerning visit of the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey scheduled for 25 June 2008.
