Dear Veterans ! Dear Compatriots !
22 June 1941 is a tragic date in the lives of millions of Ukrainians. The most horrible war in the history of our nation started on that day.
In Ukraine, the day of the war outbreak has become a historical Day of Sorrow. One can hardly conceive the scope of trials, pain and sorrow experienced by the former generations.
Let us pay honour to the Ukrainian fighters who liberated the Motherland. Let us bow our heads respectfully before the millions of innocent victims of the war.
