The Bill (Reg. No.2352) enhances legal principles of State supervision over the automobile transport, and specifies authorities of the public body in charge of control over automobile transport (State Automobile Transport Inspection). The Bill also eliminates legislative gaps concerning double taxation of economic entities that perform international automobile transportation on the part of public authorities and economic subjects.
However, the Committee members stated that the Bill fails to present financial and economic argumentation of the proposed changes in the system of bodies in charge of State control over automobile transport.
The Committee took into consideration the motions of the central executive bodies, profile organizations and departments, and resolved to forward the Bill for further elaboration.
