The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament forwards for further Elaboration the Bill on Amendments and Supplements to Article 74 of the Law "On Court Enforcement Action" (re Procedure of Alimony Collection)

The Bill (Reg. No.1238) introduces amendments to Article 74 of the Law "On Court Enforcement Action" that enhance the procedure of implementing court decisions concerning payment of alimony. The Bill secures observance of the requirement of Article 182 of the Family Code of Ukraine regarding establishment of a minimum rate of alimony in the amount not less than 30%, in case the rate of alimony is defined as the percentage from the alimony payer´s income.

Though the Committee members upheld the Bill, they introduced a number of motions.
