The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements (re Activity of Registrars) as a Basis and in its Entirety

The Bill (Reg. No.2183) introduces amendments to Part 1 of Article 255 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, pursuant to which, registrars are authorized to conclude protocols on administrative infringements envisaged by Article 185-3 of the said Code.

The Committee members upheld the Bill, as its adoption will facilitate implementation of the effective legislation in the field of activity of registrars.
