The Bill (Reg. No.2324) specifies the procedure of licensing in the field of nuclear energy use.
Inter alia, the Bill extends effective licensing procedures onto the persons registered under the legally established procedure.
Pursuant to the Bill, the license on conducting activity in the field of energy use should include the requirement concerning compulsory provision of physical protection of nuclear facilities, nuclear materials, nuclear waste and sources of ionizing radiation by the subjects of activity.
The Bill extends licensing onto the personnel in charge of research reactor control. Pursuant to the Bill, transportation of nuclear materials requires relevant licenses.
