The Bill (Reg. No.2262) defines legal principles of establishment and functioning of special (free) economic zones.
However, the Committee members stated that the introduced Bill has much in common with the effective Law "On General Principles of Establishment and Functioning of Special (Free) Economic Zones" as regards regulation of social relations of subjects of economic activity.
Central Scientific Experts Office of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate deems necessary to specify regulations appertaining to establishment and functioning of the body in charge of economic development of the economic zone, and define the sources of its funding.
The Committee believes that certain regulations of the Bill cane be included as amendments and supplements to the effective Law "On General Principles of Establishment and Functioning of Special (Free) Economic Zones".
