The Parties discussed the prospects of cooperation between the States, especially at the inter-parliamentary level.
The Committee Chairman reported on holding of the first meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Seimas of the Lithuanian Republic, the Senat and the Sejm of the Polish Republic held in Kyiv. Oleh Bilorus underscored that the Assembly Statute envisages that other countries can join the Assembly.
Ambassador of Georgia informed the Committee Chairman of the situation in the country after early parliamentary elections.
