Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, calls for "development of political will that will strengthen the State foundation"
Delivering a speech to the faculty and the students of Lviv Banking Institute of the National Bank of Ukraine, A.Yatseniuk stated that "pre-election conditions provoke neither reforms nor struggle of economic ideas, but a conflict of cheap concepts".
"It is important to define the concept of a national idea. A national idea embraces not only the Ukrainian language and Ukrainian culture, but also powerful authorities and influential political position between the neighbours", - stated A.Yatseniuk.
