The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Implementation of Decisions of Arbitration Tribunal)

The Bill (Reg. No.1399) amends the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Laws "On Bail", "On State Executive Service", "On Executive Proceedings", "On Satisfaction of Creditors´ Claims and Registration of Pledges" and "On Arbitration Tribunal". The amendments specify jurisdiction of arbitration tribunal, the procedure of appealing against its decisions, and cancellation of obligatory realization of decisions of arbitration tribunals.
