During the meeting the Parties discussed the issues concerning development of bilateral relations and prospects of cooperation between The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Bundestag of Germany.
The Committee Chairman Oleh Bilorus, informed Stefan Chrobot of creation of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Deputy Group on Inter-Parliamentary Liaison with Germany and offered him the list of its members.
The Parties devoted special attention to the holding of the Day of Ukraine in the German Bundestag, scheduled on 16 June 2008.
The Parties discussed the participation of Ukrainian parliament members in the said event and stated that it should promote inter-parliamentary liaison and enhanced dialogue between Ukraine and Germany.
