The Committee scrutinized three Bills on land market (No. No. 2143, 2143-1, 2143-2).
The Bills establish the principles of State policy in the field of activity at the land market; define the subjects and objects of the land market, authorities of the bodies in charge of land sale; and regulate the procedure of sale of land plots and lease rights.
M.Prysiazhniuk, Committee Chairman, stated that the said Bills were elaborated in accordance with Chapter 9 of "The Final Clauses" of the Land Code of Ukraine that includes a list of Laws appertaining to regulation of land relations to be adopted in order to develop relevant regulations of the Code.
The Committee recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill (Reg. No. №2143-1) as a basis, and takes certain regulations of the Bills (Reg. No.No. 2143, 2143-2) into consideration.
