The Bill (Reg. No. 2438) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, coordinates legislative acts of Ukraine with the Law "On International Private Law", and introduces a number of amendments to the said Law.
Inter alia, pursuant to the Bill, Article 8 of the Code of Laws of Labour defines that labour relations of citizens employed abroad are to be regulated by the Law "On International Private Law".
Moreover, the Bill supplements Article 18 of the Law "On Executive Proceedings" with new grounds for institution of executive proceedings, "in case the act of execution was issued due to the compulsory realization of foreign court´s decision in accordance with Article 398 of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine".
