Pursuant to the Financial Agreement signed in Kyiv on 30 July 2007 and brought forward for ratification by the Bill (Reg. No. 0047), Ukraine is granted a credit in the amount of EUR 200 million.
Ratification of the said Agreement and its implementation will facilitate improvement of Ukrainian transport infrastructure. Transport and exploitation conditions of М-06 Kyiv-Chop motor road will considerably improve, which will bear a positive influence on the national economy.
However, ratification of the Agreement requires State budget expenditures for realization of the Third Project "Kyiv-Chop Road Repair".
