The Committee members believe that development of the nature-reserve fund of Ukraine should be regarded as one of the top priorities of the State environmental policy.
However, the actual conditions in nature-reserve sector of Ukraine provoke anxiety, as the State policy in the said field is rather inefficient.
The Committee members deem necessary to introduce amendments to the effective Laws, and elaborate new legislative acts aimed at development of nature-reserve sector.
It was also stated that "insufficient material and technical provision aggravates funding of the Nature-Reserve Fund Institutions that are funded at the level of 35% from actual needs".
The People´s Deputies called for launching a new budget program "Development of Nature-Reserve Sector" by the State Environmental Protection Fund.
