The Bill (Reg. No.1344) introduces amendments to the Budget Code that determine the funds from the State Budget of Ukraine and local budgets to be allocated for reimbursement of damage inflicted on individuals and legal entities by illegitimate resolutions, activity or non-activity of public authority bodies, authority bodies of Crimean Autonomous Republic, local self-government bodies, and their officials.
However, the Bill fails to define the procedure of recovering damage inflicted on individuals and legal entities.
Therefore, the Committee recommends that the Parliament forwards the Bill for further elaboration with account of introduced motions and remarks.
