The Bill (Reg. No.2416) introduces amendments to Article 77 of the Law "Public Health Base Legislation of Ukraine", Article 29 of the Law "Culture Base Legislation of Ukraine", and Article 11 of the Law "On Social Services".
Pursuant to the Bill, workers of the sectors of public health and culture, and social protection organizations are liable to monthly long-service increment to be paid to the rate of wages. Moreover, they are entitled to an annual reward in the amount of one salary rate for conscientious work and perfect realization of job responsibilities.
The author of the Bill deems necessary to adopt the Law in order to improve social conditions of workers of the sectors of public health and culture, and social protection organizations who are employed at state and municipal institutions, establishment and organizations.
The Committee upholds the said legislative motion.
