The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine forwarded the Bill "On Amendments to the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine" for the repeated Second Reading

The Bill (Reg. No. 2566) introduces amendments to the Economic Procedural Code, aimed at further enhancement of the procedure of filing cassational and appellate appeals against court decisions, and procedure of appealing against court decisions due to the exceptional circumstances.
