The Committee scrutinized and discussed the Bill "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Status of the People´s Deputy of Ukraine" (Reg. No. 1133), submitted by the People´s Deputy Karakay Yu.V., and passed a resolution to recommend that The Verkhovna Rada includes the said Bill into the agenda of the second Session of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and adopts it as a basis at the First Reading due to the results of consideration.
The Committee recommends that The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine rejects the Bill "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Status of the People´s Deputy of Ukraine" (re holding of the Office of a People´s Deputy of Ukraine by one Person)" (Reg. No. 1241), submitted by the People´s Deputy Pylypyshyn V.P., due to the results of its consideration at the First Reading.
The Committee passed a resolution to recommend that The Verkhovna Rada includes the Bill "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Status of the People´s Deputy of Ukraine" (re Abolition of the Deputy´s Immunity) (Reg. No. 1294), submitted by the People´s Deputies Kyrylenko V.A. and Kyrylenko I.H., into the agenda of the Session, on considering the issue regarding amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine.
