The Bill (Reg. No. 1364) introduces an abridged list of types of economic activity subject to licensing. Inter alia, it envisages that manufacture and sale of goods from precious metals; storing and processing of scrap metal of ferrous and non-ferrous metals; execution of topographical and land measuring and cartographic works are no longer subject to licensing.
Discussing the Bill, the most Committee members failed to uphold it. They stated that "it is unreasonable to abolish licensing of the said types of economic activity, especially activity concerning scrap metal".
The Committee members upheld the legislative initiative of the Bill. However, they passed a resolution to recommend that the Parliament forwards it for further elaboration.
