The Bill (Reg. No. 1366) is aimed at improvement of a procedure of issue and abolition of a permit for construction of small architectural forms.
The Bill introduces amendments to the Law "On Site Design and Development" appertaining to definition of the term "a small architectural form", and procedure of acquisition and abolition of a permit for construction of small architectural forms.
The statement concerning obligatory permit on construction of buildings and edificies at the recreation objects is to be excluded from the Law "On Settlements Improvement".
The amendments to the Law "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine" envisage granting a permit on construction of small architectural forms, and authorize the executive bodies of village, settlement and city councils to define the territory for construction of small architectural forms.
