The Bill (Reg. No. 1476-д) introduces amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Purchases of Commodities, Labour and Services for the Public Funds", namely:
- simplified mechanism of holding procedures of State purchases of commodities, labour and services, especially at the local level;
- increase of minimal cost limits of the objects of purchases that require holding procedures of State purchases, established by the Law;
- inclusion of the representatives of the local self-government bodies associations to the personnel of the Inter-Departmental Commission on State Purchases.
The Bill also envisages free of charge publication and promulgation of announcements about the scheduled purchase or holding of the preliminary certification.
