The Bill (Reg. No. 0973) introduces amendments to Article 92 of the Land Code of Ukraine, pursuant to which, "the religious organizations of Ukraine, the statutes of which are registered under the legally established procedure, are granted the right of permanent use of a land plot only for construction and maintenance of religious and other buildings necessary for their activity".
The Law "On Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organizations" is to be supplemented by a regulation, pursuant to which "the land plots granted to religious organizations for permanent use for construction and maintenance of religious and other buildings necessary for their activity can not be used for entrepreneurship".
