The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Economic Entities" (re Non-Extension of the Limit regarding Number of Participants onto Existing and Registered Limited Liability Companies)

The Bill (Reg. No. 2081) amends the period when the effective Law comes into force. Inter alia, the said amendments envisage that limited liability companies are not to conduct reorganization or liquidation, provided they were created before the Law "On regarding several Legislative Acts as invalid due to Adoption of the Civil Code of Ukraine" came into force.

Adoption of the Law will enhance protection of rights of founders (members) of limited liability companies.
