The Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to several Laws of Ukraine" (re State Aid to the Families that adopted a Child-Orphan or a Child deprived of Parental Care)

The Bill (Reg. No.1452) introduces amendments to the Laws "On State Aid to the Families with Children" and "On Vacations", which establish a one-time aid by child´s adoption, a monthly aid for the said child, and a one-time paid leave for 90 calendar days granted to an adoptive parent for care for an adopted child of more than three years of age.

Due to the estimations, adoption of the Bill will require extra expenditures from the State Budget of Ukraine in the amount of 290 654 thousand Hryvnias.
