Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.1276), a religious organization acquires the status of a legal entity not on the moment of its statute registration, as it is envisaged by current regulation, but on the day of its State registration, i.e. its entry in the Single State Register.
The Bill also specifies the cases when registration of the statute of a religious organization can be denied.
