The meeting was held under the chairmanship of O.Bilorus, Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Relations. The delegation of the United States House of Representatives was headed by Congressmen
David Price, the Democratic Party representative from North Carolina, and David Dreier, the Republican Party representative from California.
At the meeting the Parties discussed a number of issues concerning cooperation between Ukraine and the USA. O.Bilorus commented on dynamic relations between both countries and expressed willingness of Ukrainian Party to cooperate actively at the parliamentary level.
The Parties also discussed activity of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committees.
At the end of the meeting the members of the Delegation of the US Congressmen invited the Chairmen of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committees to make an official visit to the United States of America.
