The Bill (Reg. No. 1465) regulates the issues concerning conduct of economic activity in the field of protection of property and natural persons. Inter alia, it supplements the current Law with a regulation, pursuant to which, "the said Law defines licensing of activity in the field of rendering services of public and other property protection, protection of citizens, licensing terms of its realization and control procedure".
Pursuant to Article 8 of the effective Law, licensing terms of economic activity, the conduct of which requires special knowledge, include qualifying requirements to the employees of economic entities business entities and (or) natural persons subjects of entrepreneurship. In case the conduct of special types of economic activity, subject to licensing, demands special requirements (re buildings, premises, equipment, other technical means), then the said requirements are included into the licensing terms.
