The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament rejects the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Court Enforcement Action" (re Information in Court Orders)

The Bill (Reg. No.1118) authorizes a State Executing Officer to verify information in each court order after court enforcement action was instituted by means of sending a request to the bodies that issued a relevant court order.

However, the Committee stated that the said regulation "fails to comply with the goal and purport of court enforcement action, and contradicts constitutional principles".
