The Protocol envisages Ukraine´s accession to the WTO with due regard of agreements indicated in the following documents: report of a Working Group in charge of Ukraine´s accession to the WTO; schedule of obligations concerning commodities with appendices; schedule of specific obligations concerning services; commitments concerning internal support and export subventions in agricultural sector; specific commitments concerning additional agreements between Ukraine and other countries.
Pursuant to the Protocol Resolution of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is to adopt an action plan on coordination of Ukrainian economy with the WTO requirements within a month.
A relevant Bill (Reg. No. 0041) was registered in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 01.04.2008.
