Volodymyr Polokhalo, Committee Chairman, stated that "unequal access of citizens to the modern equipment not only fails to secure their equal access to high-quality education, but also hampers integration of Ukrainian education and science to the European educational and scientific dimension".
Volodymyr Polokhalo emphasized that "testing and manufacture of educational and scientific appliances are to be regarded as public priorities of innovation activity".
The Committee recommends that the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine implement the Comprehensive Programme for Provision of Comprehensive, Vocational, and Higher Educational Establishments with Educational Equipment, and elaborate relevant funding mechanisms.
