The Bill (Reg. No.2402) regulates the terms and period of storage of registration statements in the State registrar of legal entities and natural persons-entrepreneurs; and statements of insurance payments at the Social Accident Insurance Fund.
Pursuant to the Bill, the State registrar is to keep a registration statement for five years since the record on liquidation of a legal entity or dissolution of activity of a natural person-entrepreneur was entered into the Single State Register.
The Bill introduces amendments to the Laws "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Natural Persons Entrepreneurs" and to the Law "On Obligatory State Social Insurance against Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases Causing Disability".
