The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government recommends that the Parliament adopts in its Entirety the Draft Resolution "On Holding of Extraordinary Election of the Deputies of Kharkiv City Council and Kharkiv Mayor"

The Committee scrutinized two Resolutions of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, namely, "On Holding of Extraordinary Election of the Deputies of Kharkiv City Council and Kharkiv Mayor" (Reg. No.2228) and "On Holding of Extraordinary Election of Kharkiv Mayor" (Reg. No.2228-1).

The Committee members recommend that the Parliament adopts as a basis and in its entirety the Draft Resolution (Reg. No.2228) and holds extraordinary election of Kharkiv mayor and the deputies of Kharkiv City Council on 15 June 2008.
