The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts as a Basis and in its Entirety the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements regarding Enhancement of Liability for violating Flight Safety Regulations

The Bill (Reg. No.2145) aims at enhancement of public supervision, control, and apparatus of coercion, which are to comply with the requirements of The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and The International Air Carrier Association (IACA).

The Bill introduces amendments to Articles 111, 112 and 113, 137, 222, 228 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, which enhance liability for violation flight safety regulations. Inter alia, the Bill increases the rates of penalties imposed for particular infringements in many times.
