On Thursday, 3 April, the delegation of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, headed by Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, participates in the anniversary 30th session of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States held in Saint-Petersburg (Russian Federation).
Before the meeting, the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and Serhiy Myronov, Chairman of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, attended the grand opening of an exhibition "The Golden Treasury of Ukraine".
The exhibition displays more than 30 holographic images of unique historical and artistic monuments of Ukraine.
At present the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine attends the sitting of the Council of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
A.Yatseniuk will also attend the 30th plenary meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will also meet Vadim Popov, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus; Marian Lupu, Chairman of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova; Ogtay Asadov, Chairman of the Milli Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic; Lluis Maria de Puig, Chairman of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly, and Goran Lennmarker, the OSCE PA President.

The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Organization, Authorities and Peculiarities of Legal and Economic Policy of the Property Complex of National Production Agrarian Association "Massandra" at the Second Reading (Інформаційне управління)
The Bill (Reg. No.0897) defines organization, authorities and management bodies of the National Production Agrarian Association "Massandra"; legal principles of management of land and other public property, as well as principles of dealing with entrepreneurs that are the members of the enterprise.
The Committee members called for preservation of a production association "Massandra". They stated that for Year 2007, the enterprise made a profit in the amount of 14 mln 845 thousand Hryvnias, having paid income tax in the amount of 3 mln 891 thousand Hryvnias.
The People´s Deputies also upheld the motion, pursuant to which, the National Production Agrarian Association "Massandra" and member enterprises can use their property in civil relations, especially for conduct of financial and economical activity".
Pursuant to the Bill, the creditors can not appeal for recovery of debts due to their claims for immovable property of "Massandra" Association and member enterprises.
