The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Local State Administrations" (re Issues concerning Organization, Authorities and Activity of the Local State Administrations) at the First Reading

The Bill (Reg. No.1311) introduces amendments to the Law "On the Local State Administrations", which specify the status of the Head of a local State administration, procedure of formation of local State administrations; differentiate authorities of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the said field.
