The Committee on Social Policy and Labour recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Provision of Timely Wage Payment)

The Bill (Reg. No.2048) enhances administrative liability for belated wage payment, since it cancels the statements that hampered implementation of regulations concerning first priority of wage payment.

The Committee members believe that "the introduced amendments will enhance implementation of legislation that stipulates timely wage payment".
