The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "On Foreign Economic Activity"

The Law imposes a ban on import of commodities that are limited by some quotas, until the said quotas are fully used. Pursuant to the Law, customs clearance of commodities subject to licensing or loaded in bulk can not be declined, provided cost, amount or weight of such commodities slightly deviates from the indicated rates

A relevant Bill (Reg. No.2289) was registered in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 27.03.2008.
