The Committee members visited a Centre of Prospective Social Research under the Ministry of Social Policy and Labour.
The People´s Deputies listened to the report of P.Rozenko, First Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Policy, and to the information of the directors of scientific and research institutions.
The attendants deem necessary to increase importance of academic scientific institutions, namely, Scientific and Research Institute of Labour and the Centre of Prospective Social Research.
The attendants of the exit meeting recommend that the Ministry of Social Policy and Labour elaborates a Scientific Research Plan due to strategic goals of social and economic development, short-term, medium-term and long-term tasks of the Government, and primary orientations of activity of the Ministry of Social Policy and Labour.
