The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Licensing System in the Economic Activity Sector" at the First Reading

The Bill (Reg. No.1362) enhances the procedure of issue of licensing documents due to the European standards.

Inter alia, the Bill establishes "the principle of organizational integrity as regards issue of licensing documents at the regional level; unified regulations related to the procedure of issue of licensing documents". The Bill also sets basic requirements for the procedure of issue of licensing documents, their redrafting, issue of their copies and their cancellation.
