The Bill (Reg. No.2223) extends the list of categories of citizens liable to admission to the military service by contract to the positions of the ranks, sergeants and sergeant majors. Thus, the persons with basic comprehensive secondary education can be admitted to the military service by contract. Moreover, the Bill envisages creation of more favourable first-contract conditions for the citizens of military service age and military men of conscription service.
