The Committee on the Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and the Disabled recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Compulsory State Retirement Insurance" (re Provision of Pensioners' Rights)

The Bill (Reg. No.2071) was elaborated "to enhance legislation in the field of pension provision as regards protection of rights of pensioners, insured persons and insurers".

In order to enhance protection of rights of pensioners and insured persons, the Bill envisages creation of a system for appeal against decisions of territorial and central bodies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
